Welcome to the online reservation site for The Tent Ninjas! Currently we service Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga counties.

Reservations are Easy!

1. Set a Date
2. Pick what you want to rent by adding to "cart"
3. Reserve it by "checkout"
4. You will get an email with confirmation/invoice/contract automatically
5. Sign contract electronically (preferred) or in person on delivery day

We keep payment simple. Cash is preferred. No payment is required until day of setup. All prices INCLUDE a 10% cash discount. Please add 10% if you are not paying by cash.

Currently we are only doing weekend events.

Example: Saturday events are typically setup on Thursday or Friday and taken down on Monday or Tuesday. This varies depending on weather, staff, etc. As a rule we try to avoid setups on the day of the event. When booking your event, please put the hours of the actual event and we will schedule setup in advance of your event. Usually approximate arrival windows will be texted out Tues/Wed before the weekend.
