Does the price include set up and delivery?

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery Fee: $3 per mile from Jefferson.
  • Setup & Takedown: We handle all the heavy lifting—our team will set up and take down the tents.
  • Tables & Chairs: Tables will be set up, but you are responsible for arranging them to your liking. Chairs will be delivered in stacks for you to place as needed after decorating.

Event Scheduling

  • Most events take place on Saturdays.
  • When booking only enter the event date—our team will coordinate setup and takedown times with you.
  • Setups are typically done on Fridays (or sometimes Thursdays), with retrievals on Mondays.
What areas do you service?

We are located in Jefferson, Ohio, and primarily serve Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties. We may also accommodate events beyond these areas—contact us for availability.

What if we need to cancel?

No problem! While cancellations are rare, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible via text or email so we can make the items available for others.

Do you require a deposit?

No, not at this time. Our booking system ensures that once you reserve items, they are blocked from being rented by anyone else. You can pay online before the event or when we arrive on-site.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass (preferred), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, we must be able to anchor the tent with metal stakes.

If your event is on asphalt or concrete, please contact us in advance to discuss anchoring options and ensure a secure setup.

What if I can’t be there for setup?

No problem! If you’ve signed the contract and paid online, we can still set up without you there.

Mark the tent location clearly – Use trash cans, lawn furniture, or other visible markers.
Send us a picture – Texting us a photo of the setup area helps ensure accuracy.

This makes the process smooth and hassle-free for everyone!

I just booked an event, now what?

Pretty easy so far, right? The process is simple:

1️⃣ Check your email – After checkout, review your order details.

2️⃣ Scheduling setup – The week before your event, we’ll create a tentative setup schedule.

3️⃣ Confirmation via text – You’ll receive a text 3 to 5 days before your event with the proposed setup day and time.
